What Will Pat McAfee Bet On For The Super Bowl?

Posted on January 25, 2021

Pat McAfee’s football betting record keeps getting better and better.

The FanDuel personality has been inching his record in the right direction throughout the NFL Playoffs.

Pat’s Picks went 3-2 on Championship Sunday, which moved his overall record up to 62-59 for the season.

McAfee wins his AFC Championship bets

McAfee mixed things up for the conference championships. Usually, Pat’s Picks are just the spreads for that weekend’s slate of games.

However, McAfee decided to add in some player props since there were only two games this week.

He stuck with Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers for his NFC Championship picks. Rodgers is a weekly guest on The Pat McAfee Show.

Pat’s AFC Championship picks had a lot more success.

He has mostly avoided the Chiefs this season due to their struggles covering the spread. Despite that, he decided to ride with Patrick Mahomes and company this weekend, and it payed off for him.

His NFL record for the season is now 48-46.

Green Bay Packers vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Pat’s Picks: Packers -3, Davante Adams over 89.5 yards, Leonard Fournette anytime TD scorer

Pat’s Explanation:

“For me, it just feels like the Packers are the team of destiny this year, and it’s going to be awesome to watch them get this dub over a lot of my friends.”

Final Score: Buccaneers 31, Packers 26

Did Pat Win? 1-2. Fournette scores, but Packers fail to cover and Adams finishes with 67 yards

Kansas City Chiefs vs. Buffalo Bills

Pat’s Picks: Chiefs -3, Josh Allen first rush attempt over 3.5 yards

Final Score: Chiefs 38, Bills 24

Did Pat Win? 2-0. Chiefs cover, Allen rushes for 17 yards

How will McAfee bet for the Super Bowl?

So far, you’ve been a winner if you’ve taken all of Pat’s Picks throughout the season.

Here’s a quick glance at his betting records heading into the Super Bowl:

  • NFL: 48-46
  • College Football: 14-13
  • Combined: 62-59

McAfee’s Super Bowl betting will ultimately decide whether he ends the year as a winner or a loser.

Since Super Bowl Sunday is basically a holiday in the US, McAfee will have plenty of bets for his final slate of the season.

The Super Bowl also has plenty of fun betting options that are not available for typical NFL games.

Some of those special prop bets include things such as the color of the Gatorade shower and whether or not a certain player will retire after the game.

With so many options on the board for betting, this season’s final edition of Pat’s Picks should be a fun one.

The Super Bowl is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 7 at 6:30 p.m EST.
