Tiger Is Back: Indiana Sportsbook Promos For Woods’ Return To PGA Memorial Tourney
The Memorial Tournament is the next stop on the PGA Tour.
The tournament will be taking place in Dublin, Ohio from July 16-19.
There’s a $9.3 million purse up for grabs, so expect some heavy competition.
Some of the biggest names in golf will be hitting the course, including Tiger Woods. Woods has been out of the action for the past five months, but is making his return at the Memorial Tournament.
Patrick Cantlay won the tournament in 2019, and is returning to go for back-to-back wins.
Indiana’s online sportsbooks are gearing up for the tournament. Since its a PGA Tour event, there’s plenty of betting options.
Betting on Tiger Woods with BetMGM
BetMGM sportsbook has a fresh promotion out for the Memorial Tournament.
New users can turn a $1 bet into $100 by betting on Tiger Woods. If you bet on Woods to win the tournament, you’ll win as long as he finishes in the top-50.
At +2,000, Woods has the sixth-best odds to win the tournament according to BetMGM.
As one of the most recognizable names in sports, Woods is attracting a lot of attention with his return.
To help capitalize on that, BetMGM has another Woods-centered promotion running for the tournament.
The sportsbook’s “Tiger Cut Insurance” promo is available to everyone, rather than just new users.
The promo is offering golf fans a bonus bet on Woods.
Once you opt-in to the promo, you can place a bet up to $25 on Tiger to win the tournament. If Woods ends up missing the cut, BetMGM will refund you.
If Woods ends up winning, he would break his own record for the most wins at the tournament. 2020 would be his sixth win, and first since 2012.
