For the past couple of years, PlayUSA‘s Twitch channel has provided a steady stream of entertainment for online casino enthusiasts. On Tuesday, they will bring the entertainment as usual, but they will be incorporating a charitable element as well.

The stream will run from 8:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. EST. There will be giveaways and prizes for viewers.

Tuesday Twitch stream will raise money for first responders

Anthony “EatAHoagie” Cicali is using his Tuesday, March 31, stream to raise money for first responders working during the COVID-19 pandemic. Sunday, Fox broadcast an iHeart Living Room Concert for America to raise money for the same organization. It is called the COVID-19 Emergency Response Fund.

Here are the details on how the funds will be used per the organization’s website:

“First responders are on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic in every community across the country, and First Responders Children’s Foundation provides support to those first responder families who are enduring financial hardship due to the coronavirus outbreak.”

The website also features applications for both individuals and agencies to apply for grants to help get through this health crisis.

Cicali will contribute both donations and any Chumba profits to charity

When asked why he chose to get involved with this cause, Cicali explained that, for him, the matter is close to home.

“A lot of my friends are police officers, nurses and other first responders, and I’ve already seen how much of a stressful struggle this has been. Because these people don’t get to stay home; they are on the front lines. So, Tuesday night on the PlayUSA Twitch page, I am hosting a charity stream. Any bits or donations I raise that night will go directly to [the charity].”

In addition to raising money via audience donations, Cicali will also donate any profits from his session to the cause as well.

As usual, Cicali will be playing casino games on Chumba Casino. The online casino, which is available to play across most of the United States, including Indiana.
